At Traynor Family Vineyard, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. We maintain our own vineyards to organic standards and incorporate the principles of permaculture to ensure that our grapes are grown in a way that is healthy for both the environment and the consumer. We utilize only the finest Ontario fruit grown in Prince Edward County and the Niagara Peninsula and strive to become a zero-waste winery.

Our white wine collection is crafted with care, using raw wine methods and minimal intervention. Our wines are unfiltered, highlighting the unique flavours and character of the grapes. We focus on fruit-forward styles and use natural yeast whenever possible. Any yeast inoculations are made with certified organic and non-GMO yeasts. Individual wines may be fermented or aged in French oak barrels to add depth and complexity to the flavours.
