Confirmation comes by email within 24 hours, usually faster. We'll confirm your slot or suggest the closest available time.
Groups of 6+: reservations strongly recommended. Groups of 10+: required. Groups of 20+: a deposit applies and Saturday peak-season slots (12–5pm) are blackout — Friday evenings and Sunday mornings are wide open.
Cancellation: 24 hours notice for full refund on tastings; 30 days notice on private events.

Sun–Thu 11am–6pm · Fri–Sat 11am–9pm
Peak season (Jun 19 – Oct 11): Sun–Thu 11am–7pm, Fri–Sat 11am–9pm.
Last tasting starts 1 hour before close.
