★ How it works
- Pick your wine. Sparkling Pet-Nat (Vidal), red (Gamay Noir), or white (Pinot Gris). All naturally fermented, VQA Ontario, vegan, made on our 7.5-acre vineyard in Hillier, Prince Edward County.
- Design your label. Upload an image, add names + dates, choose colors. Live preview as you build — what you see is your proof.
- Choose your quantity. Starts at one bottle for $39.95. Volume discounts kick in at 6 bottles.
- We bottle and ship. 7–10 business days from final design. Free Ontario shipping over $120, Quebec over $150, free local pickup at the winery.

Custom orders ship within 7–10 business days of final design approval. For event deadlines, place your order at least 3 weeks ahead to be safe. You'll receive tracking by email when the order ships.

What's the minimum order? One bottle. No minimum — but volume pricing starts at 6.
Can I use my own logo or image? Yes. Upload any image at the customize step, add text, choose colors. Legally-required information on the right side of the label cannot be modified — your design works around it.
Will I see a proof before printing? The customize tool shows a live preview as you build — that preview IS your proof. We do not send a separate proof. If you want a second pair of eyes before committing, email retail@traynorvineyard.com with your order number after checkout.
Are these wines vegan? Yes, all Traynor wines are 100% vegan — no animal-derived fining agents in our winemaking.
Can I cancel or change my order? If you contact sales@traynorvineyard.com within 24 hours of ordering, we can usually still cancel or modify. After production starts, changes may not be possible.
Are these available at the LCBO? No — custom-label wines are direct-to-consumer only, available exclusively through this website.
