What wine is in the bottle?
The Custom Label Red is our Gamay Noir — a light-bodied, fruit-forward red grown in Prince Edward County. Bright cherry and raspberry notes, soft tannins, easy to pair with food. Vegan, VQA Ontario.
How long does it take to receive my custom-labeled wine?
Custom orders typically ship within 7–10 business days from when the design is finalized. You'll receive tracking by email when the order ships. For event deadlines, place your order at least 3 weeks ahead to be safe.
What's the minimum order?
One bottle. There's no minimum, but volume pricing kicks in at 6 bottles (20% off), 12 bottles (30% off), and 60 bottles (50% off).
Can I use my own image or logo on the label?
Yes. The customize tool lets you upload an image, add text, and choose colors. Note the legally-required information on the right side of the label cannot be modified — your design works around it.
Will I see a proof before printing?
The customize tool shows a live preview of your design as you build it — that preview IS your proof. We do not send a separate proof. If you want help reviewing before you commit, email retail@traynorvineyard.com with your order number after checkout.
Are these wines vegan?
Yes. All Traynor Family Vineyard wines are 100% vegan — no animal-derived fining agents are used in our winemaking.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you contact us within 24 hours of ordering at sales@traynorvineyard.com, we can usually still cancel or modify the design. After production has started, changes may not be possible.
