Piquette has a long and storied history dating back to ancient civilizations. Made by reusing leftover grape must and adding water to it, and allowed to ferment a second time, resulting in a lower alcohol beverage and a lighter, fresher flavour.

Pet-Nat, short for pétillant naturel, is a traditional method of producing sparkling wine that has recently become a trendy style. By bottling the wine while it is still undergoing fermentation, and allowing the fermentation process to continue in the bottle you create a naturally sparkling wine with a unique character and texture.

Our sparkling wines are crafted with care, using natural, unfiltered methods that give them a unique character and flavour.
