Product Description: Hot Rocket is a fun, deep purple sparkler made from 100% Baco Noir, lightly pressed after 10 days of maceration, then wild-fermented in stainless steel tanks and naturally carbonated at the end of fermentation for approximately 2 months. Our Lambrusco-style red — designed for grill food and casual eating.
Tasting Notes: Dense purple colour, light and effervescent body with notes of tart cherries and fresh blackcurrant. Lambrusco-style, lightly fizzy and built for the grill.
Winemaker's Notes: We had been discussing for a while that we wanted to make an affordable Lambrusco-style wine. Every year, Hot Rocket is the evolution of this project.
