Hot Rocket 22'
Hot Rocket is a fun, deep purple sparkler made from 100% Baco Noir, lightly pressed after 10 days of maceration, then wild-fermented in stainless steel tanks and naturally carbonated at the end of fermentation for approximately 2 months.
Tasting Notes:
Dense purple colour, light and effervescent body with notes of tart cherries and fresh blackcurrant.

Winemaker's Note:
