Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with a wine you purchased from us, you can return unopened bottles within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the wine cost (return shipping is the customer's responsibility). To start a return, email sales@traynorvineyard.com with your order number.
Note: under Ontario alcohol regulations, we are also legally required to accept returns of our product beyond the 30-day window, please contact us if you need to return wine outside this period and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Faulty Product
If you receive a wine that you consider to be faulty (off condition, corked, oxidized) within 90 days of its purchase date, please contact Traynor Family Vineyard by email at sales@traynorvineyard.com. You may be required to retain the bottle of faulty wine (recorked and at least 3/4 full) for examination by the winery. Traynor Family Vineyard will arrange replacement bottles either with a subsequent shipment or when our delivery agent is in the area. Please present the faulty product to the delivery agent at that time, if required. There will be no additional charge to you for this shipment.
Broken or Missing Bottles
If you receive an order from Traynor Family Vineyard with broken or missing bottles, you have 48 hours to report it and arrange replacement bottles at no extra cost. Email sales@traynorvineyard.com with the full particulars. Note any damage or missing/broken bottles when the shipment is received and have the report initialled by the delivery agent. Traynor Family Vineyard will arrange replacement bottle(s) with a subsequent shipment or when the delivery agent is in your area, and will follow up with the delivery agent as required to ensure the claim is resolved to your satisfaction. You may be required to save the neck(s) and intact cork(s) of any broken bottle(s) for retrieval by the delivery agent.
How to start a return
Email sales@traynorvineyard.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with shipping instructions.
Refund processing time
Once a returned bottle is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Custom-labelled wines and personalized products are non-returnable except in the case of faulty product, since labels are produced specifically for your order.
