A flight is three 1oz pours from a rotating selection. We typically have eight wines open at any given time, so what you get tomorrow won't be exactly what you got today — that's part of the fun. Pick a category below or let our staff curate.
Sparkling Wines
Piquettes and Pet-Nats — light, naturally sparkling, hazy. Never had a Pet-Nat? Start here.
White Wines
Unoaked styles built for patio drinking. Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, rotating whites. Crisp, fruity, easy.
Orange Wines
Skin-fermented whites. Sit somewhere between white and red. Fifth Element and Marmalade Pie show what skin contact can do.
Summer Reds
Not quite rosé, not quite red. Light reds served chilled — perfect when a full red feels heavy and a rosé feels too quiet.
Red Wines
From light Gamay Noir up through Pinot Noir and structured reds. A wide range — this flight gives you the full spectrum.

Vermouth Kalimotxo
Sweet red vermouth, cola, orange slice.
Lemon Vermouth Spritz
White vermouth, lemonade, sparkling soda, citrus peel.
Tinto de Verano
House red wine, lemon soda, fresh citrus over crushed ice.
Cold Brew Sbagliato
Cold brew coffee, simple syrup, Pet-Nat, ice, orange peel.
Wine Slushies — the patio staple.
Peach slushie topped with red wine. Famous on the Vineyard Patio. $10 a cup, or 4L jugs for groups.

For groups of 12+, we do a Large Party Flight — our winemaker preselects three styles (a Pet-Nat to start, an Orange in the middle, a traditional barrel-matured red or white to finish), so the whole table tastes our range without anyone having to decide. Groups of 20+: $10/person tasting fee that includes four wine samples. More on groups & private events.

Russell was extremely informative while hosting us during a wine tasting at Traynor Family Vineyard. The vibes were cool with a DJ playing funky tunes in the background. Awesome experience all round with a great view, especially during sunset. They also stay open later than most vineyards around. A MUST during your Prince Edward County visit.
