Product Description: 100% Chardonnay, unoaked, bottled young and direct off the lees. Aged 5 months in stainless steel, clarified naturally, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Crisp but full white from Prince Edward County.
Tasting Notes: Deep straw colour with aromatic notes of apricot, vanilla, and nectarine jumping out on the nose. Rich and linear on the palate. Long, subtle finish with nectarine lingering on the tongue.
Winemaker's Notes: Bottled young, aged in stainless steel for five months, clarified naturally. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
