Cold weather wines

Mulled wine season is officially here. Our holiday lineup launches mid-November — designed to live in the kitchen, by the fire, at the holiday party, and under the tree.

Mulled Red

Mulled Red is the one you know — cinnamon, clove, citrus peel, a touch of black pepper, built on estate red wine. Pre-mixed. Just heat to 65°C (no boiling — you'll cook the alcohol off), pour, and serve. No mulling spices to fish out of your teeth.

Mulled White

Mulled White exists and yes it works. Lighter on the spice, heavier on the citrus and ginger, built on estate white wine. Scandinavian-style glögg — closer to a hot toddy than a winter punch. Try it once and you'll get why we make it.

Caribou

Caribou is Quebec's holiday spirit — traditionally a mix of red wine, maple, whisky, and warming spices. Our Caribou is built on our estate red, with local maple from Hillier and a measured pour of Canadian rye. Strong (16% ABV). Holiday-only. Sells out by mid-December every year.
