What it is
The first week of July belongs to Inclusion — our skin-fermented orange wine, a hand-pressed blend of Frontenac Gris (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%), unfiltered, low-intervention, 13.2% alcohol. It's the wine that taught a lot of our customers that orange wine isn't a weird detour — it's just wine made the way grape skins want it made.
About the wine
The skins stay on for 14 days during fermentation. The colour pulls deep amber. The texture comes from natural grape tannins, not oak. The result has the structure of a light red and the freshness of a white — lemon zest, dried apricot, salted almond, and a long, savoury finish that pairs with everything we plate.
Residual sugar: 3 g/L (dry). SO2 minimal at bottling. Vegan. Pairs with whipped feta, charcuterie, salty cheese, anything off the patio menu. See the bottle →
