August 3 to August 9, 2026. Walk-ins welcome.
What it is
Ringo & Nashi is our late-summer release — a low-intervention white leaning into Japanese apple and Asian pear aromatics. The name comes from the fruit it tastes like: Ringo (Japanese for apple) and Nashi (Asian pear). Brighter than our regular whites, lower alcohol, made for August on a patio.
About the wine
A field-blended white grape base with a short maceration to pull texture without colour. Unfiltered. Vegan. About 11.5% alcohol — light enough to drink through an afternoon, structured enough to hold up against a charcuterie board.
Aromatically it's apple skin, white pear, a touch of honeysuckle, and a clean mineral finish. Designed to be served cold, opened fast, and shared.
What's happening at the vineyard
- Free 1oz tasting at the bar all week
- $10 glass with chef's amuse — pairing built for the aromatic profile
- Bottles available to take to the beach
- Quebec construction-holiday crowd welcome — service in French at the bar
Pairings the kitchen recommends
Soft cheeses, raw oysters, summer rolls, ceviche bowls, anything off the après-beach menu. Ringo & Nashi is our "if you only drink one of our whites this summer, drink this" recommendation.
