★ About this wine ★
Our Inclusion Orange — Frontenac Gris sun-kissed into raisins on the vine with a touch of Seyval Blanc. A tapestry of flavours from field berry to guava, wrapped in a soft tannin embrace.

★ Winemaker's note

The story behind this bottle

Wild-fermented and left on the skins for 18 hours before being pressed off. The ripeness of the Frontenac Gris resulted in a deeply coloured wine with tannin even from a short time on the skins. There is a small amount of residual sugar left despite the wild yeast — a vintage where nature conspired to concentrate flavour.
