Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented on the skins, fortified with our own distilled spirits, then aged in a solera system (seven vintages, blended each year). 18.5% ABV. 10 g/L residual sugar (off-dry). Vegan. Average solera age: 4 years. Non-VQA.
How long will Sherry keep after opening?
Re-cap and refrigerate. 1–2 months. The high alcohol stabilizes it.
