Yes, your dog is welcome here

A lot of wineries say they are dog friendly. Here is what it means at ours. Your dog can sit with you on the patio, on a leash, for your whole visit. We put out pet beds so nobody is lying on gravel. Our team is used to dogs and will happily say hello. And you do not need to book ahead for groups of five or fewer, so come as you are, dog included.

Our patios, picked for dogs

Calmest

Sail Garden

Shaded under a big sail and our quietest outdoor spot. The best pick for a nervous dog or a warm day.

Nap time

Lavender Hammocks

Hammocks under a pergola in the lavender garden. Calm and low traffic, great for a dog who likes to snooze.

Rain or shine

Covered Wall Garden

Fully covered and open March through November, so it works on a drizzly fall day.

Social pups

Vineyard Patio

Our biggest and liveliest space, right beside the vines. Great for a dog who loves meeting people.

Our indoor Cellar Tasting Room is the one spot dogs cannot join you, because of Ontario's food-service rules. If you want a tasting inside, plan for someone to stay out on the patio with your pup.

The few rules that matter

  • Leash on for the whole visit.
  • Patios and grounds only. The vines and gardens are off limits to dogs.
  • Clean up after your dog, please.
  • Never leave your dog in the car. There is always a spot outside with you.
  • Feeling overwhelmed? Ask us about the Sail Garden. We would rather move you than have anyone stressed.
