Indulge in the fruity aroma and taste of our vegan Rose wine, made from grapes grown in the Niagara Peninsula, fermented and aged at our winery in Prince Edward County.
The nose is filled with candied strawberry, watermelon, and rhubarb aromas which create a perfect bouquet of freshness. A soft palette with a slightly tart finish, this wine is perfect for those who appreciate a slightly sweet taste with a fruity finish. This Rose wine is hand-harvested overnight and transported to the winery the following morning. The fruit macerated for thirty-six hours before being whole-cluster pressed. The wine was settled quickly and then racked off the heavy lees to ensure a fruitier, brighter style of rose. The wine was then fermented and aged in stainless steel until it clarified naturally. We are excited to share with you this rose made from Gamay Noir and produced in a vegan way.
