Product Description: Haberdasher is our slightly sweet red vermouth — fortified wine infused with over 20 herbs and flowers grown on our farm. Dominated by wormwood, hyssop, mint, and rose notes. 18.5% ABV. Vegan.

Tasting Notes: Rich herbal complexity from the farm-grown botanicals — wormwood structure, hyssop savouriness, mint freshness, and rose softness. Slightly sweet on the palate with a long, layered finish that begs for ice and an orange peel.

Winemaker's Notes: Haberdasher vermouth is made using a blend of over 20 herbs and flowers grown on our farm. We pick the fresh herbs and steep the wine in them like tea for a period of days to months depending on the flavour profile and intensity desired. Each lot is kept separate until the master blend is completed.
