Our Rosé Pet-Nat — 100% Gamay Noir, lightly pressed with skins added back to the red wine fermentation, then bottled before fermentation finishes so the wine carbonates naturally. Vibrant pink, refreshingly low alcohol.

The story behind this bottle

We followed the same process as 2021, where we lightly pressed the fruit and added the skins back to the Gamay Noir red wine fermentation. The light pressing helped extract a lively pink colour and a slight hint of tannin.
