★ Winemaker's note

The story behind this bottle

Merlot can be tricky to grow in Ontario. Fortunately, our primary Niagara grower has a great site with a warm microclimate. The fruit consistently ripens with beautiful fruit flavour and tobacco nuance. Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.
