Unleash your creativity with our Vineyard Art Escape, hosted by Sophie — the artist behind our Traynor Family wine labels. This 1.5-hour painting experience invites you to slow down, sip our wine, and create your own piece in the heart of the vineyard.
With up to 10 participants per session, you'll get personalized instruction and the kind of unhurried afternoon that only happens in the County. A complimentary glass of our wine is included; additional wine is available throughout the session.
Your experience includes all art materials, one glass of wine, and Sophie's guidance from blank canvas to finished piece. Priced at $74.99 (plus HST) per person.
Scheduled dates: Paint Day with Sophie runs select Sundays at 1:00pm in July and August. Specific dates announced on our events calendar.

Your Host
Painterly realism artist Linda Barber, a Mount Allison University Fine Art graduate, has made Prince Edward County her home for over 30 years. With a preference for acrylic paint and palette knife techniques, Linda's subjects include landscapes and waterscapes from Algonquin Park, Coe Hill, Bancroft, Presqu'ile Provincial Park, and Prince Edward County. Linda often paints 'en plein air' and enjoys the challenges of working outdoors. Passionate about her art, she teaches workshops and art classes, believing that teaching helps her organize her artistic process and learn from her students.
Sophie Barber, Linda's daughter, graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts with Intensive Studio Specialization. Focused on figurative work and soft sculpture, Sophie explores themes of preservation, mortality, and unconventional representations of the body.
