Winemaker's Note:
Harvested in mid-September, this vegan Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain its youthful vitality and bright fruit. Our winemakers focused on creating a wine with crisp acidity and racked it four times to achieve clarity. This wine was bottled unfiltered, allowing for a natural taste and preservation of the unique flavours and aromas of the grape.
