Why we built it.
We're a small family vineyard. We make 14,000 bottles a year. We can't compete with big wineries on Instagram budgets or shelf space at LCBO end-caps. But we can build something that the people who already love the wine actually want. The Club is that. Less marketing, more wine, real perks. If something stops being useful, we'll change it. Common questions.
Is it really free?
Yes. No annual fee, no monthly minimum, no hidden charges. Sign up, earn points, redeem when you feel like it. If you never use it, no harm done.
How do I earn points?
1 point for every dollar spent at our online shop or at the tasting room. Reviews, social follows, and referrals earn bonus points too. Points show up in your account within 24 hours of purchase.
Do points work at the LCBO?
Not yet — LCBO is a separate retail channel and we don't get sales data from them. If you buy our wines at the LCBO, save the receipt and email retail@traynorvineyard.com — we'll credit your account manually for now while we work on something better.
Do points expire?
Points expire 18 months after they're earned if your account is inactive (no purchases). Active accounts — anyone who buys anything in that window — keep all their points indefinitely.
What if I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe from emails any time and still keep your account, your points, and your perks. We send a maximum of 2 emails a month — launches and special offers, no fluff.
Can I gift points to someone?
You can use your points to buy gift cards in our shop, which work for any purchase. We're working on direct point gifting for early 2027.

Same people who run the vineyard. Mike Traynor, Richard our winemaker, and the small team that makes it all happen. If you have a question, you're emailing one of them directly — no support tier system.
