Where we ship
Traynor Family Vineyard ships across Canada. We currently ship to:
- Ontario
- Quebec
- Rest of Canada — Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Yukon
We do not ship to the United States or outside Canada.

Shipping rates and carriers
- Ontario: Private Courier (no tracking) is $15 flat for orders under $120 and free for orders $120+. Canada Post tracked service is available with calculated rates (Expedited Parcel, Priority, Regular Parcel, Xpresspost) plus a 15% handling fee, free on orders $150+.
- Quebec: Canada Post tracked service with calculated rates (Expedited Parcel, Priority, Regular Parcel, Xpresspost) plus a 15% handling fee, free on orders $150+.
- Rest of Canada: Canada Post Expedited Parcel with calculated rates plus a 15% handling fee.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. During peak holiday periods (December, May long weekend, summer release periods) processing may take up to 5 business days.
Estimated delivery times (after the order ships)
- Ontario: 2-5 business days
- Quebec: 4-7 business days
- Rest of Canada: 7-14 business days depending on destination
Delivery to remote or northern locations may take longer. Canada Post rural and remote postal codes may add 1-3 business days.
Adult signature required at delivery
By Ontario law, alcohol shipments may only be delivered to adults aged 19 or older. An adult signature is required on every delivery. The recipient must present government-issued photo ID confirming they are at least 19 years old. If no qualifying adult is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and the package will be held for pickup at the nearest Canada Post location for 15 days. Packages not collected within 15 days will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Tracking
For all Canada Post shipments (Expedited Parcel, Priority, Regular Parcel, Xpresspost), a tracking number is provided by email when your order ships.
For Ontario Private Courier (no tracking), shipments are not tracked individually — this is reflected in the lower cost. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, with an estimated delivery window.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or with broken/missing bottles, please report within 48 hours by emailing sales@traynorvineyard.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange replacement bottles at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address (as entered) and returned to us will incur a re-shipping fee. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Order confirmation and shipping notifications
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after checkout
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where applicable) when your order leaves our winery
- Delivery updates from Canada Post or our private courier as the package moves
