Wine Server / Winery Staff
Pour the wine, tell the story, answer the questions. This is an inclusive role — one day you're serving guests on the patio, another you might be in the vineyard, tending the gardens, or in the cellar helping bottle wine. We'll train you on our wines so you can talk about them like you made them.
You'll need to:
- Be 18 or older with a Smart Serve certificate
- Lift 30 lbs, work outdoors, and stand/walk for long stretches
- Be courteous, friendly, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Be available weekends and holidays through the season
- Wine knowledge is an asset — but a great attitude matters more

Kitchen Team Member
Our kitchen turns out gourmet hot dogs, Street Corn Nachos, and the Fresh Stuff that keeps the patio fed all summer. As a Kitchen Team Member you'll prep and plate menu items, keep the line moving, and help the whole operation run smoothly. Kitchen experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
What you'll do:
- Prep food and plate menu items to a consistent standard
- Operate kitchen equipment and follow food-safety and sanitation standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Work as a team in a fast-paced, high-summer environment
- Be flexible on shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice to have: A Food Handler Certificate is an asset (not required).

Outside Sales Representative
We're about to open a role for an Outside Sales Representative — getting Traynor wines onto more restaurant lists and retail shelves across Ontario. If selling natural wine to sommeliers and buyers sounds like your thing, get in touch early and we'll reach out when the posting goes live.
