Join us at Traynor Family Vineyard for an educational barrel tasting experience, where you'll journey through the winemaking process alongside our expert team. This intimate event, led by our Cellarmaster, takes you behind the scenes for a rare opportunity to taste our wines in their unfinished state — discovering their evolution and transformation from barrel to bottle.
You'll explore our unique winemaking philosophies and practices, learn about grape-growing techniques, and delve into the decision-making process that shapes each wine's character. As you taste a variety of wines at different stages of development, you'll gain insights into the nuances and complexities of barrel aging and its impact on the final product.
The Cellarmasters Tasting is designed to be engaging and interactive, lasting between 45 and 55 minutes including time for questions and discussion. After the session, you're invited to visit our tasting bar to sample any finished wines and purchase your favourite bottles.
When: Available during regular tasting room hours, every day except Saturday.
Duration: 1 hour with our winemaker.
Price: $49.99 per person.
Add-on option: Tasting-room servers can pour a quick $10 barrel sample alongside your regular tasting — ask any server when you're in.
