Product Description: 100% Gamay Noir rosé — hand-harvested overnight, whole-cluster pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel until it clarifies naturally. Vegan, soft, fruity.
Tasting Notes: Candied strawberry, watermelon, and rhubarb aromas create a perfect bouquet of freshness. A soft palate with a slightly tart finish — perfect for those who appreciate a slightly sweet taste with a fruity edge.
Winemaker's Notes: Hand-harvested overnight and transported to the winery the following morning. The fruit macerated for 36 hours before being whole-cluster pressed. The wine was settled quickly and racked off the heavy lees to ensure a fruitier, brighter style of rosé. Fermented and aged in stainless steel until it clarified naturally.
