Winemaker's Note:
This Rosé wine is hand-harvested overnight and transported to the winery the following morning. The fruit macerated for 36 hours before being whole-cluster pressed. The wine was settled quickly and then racked off the heavy lees to ensure a fruitier, brighter style of rosé. Fermented and aged in stainless steel until it clarified naturally.
