Product Description: Vegan Pinot Gris fermented and aged at our winery in Prince Edward County, made in a style that's excellent for sipping alone or pairing with food.

Tasting Notes: Bursting with zesty notes of baked pear and lemongrass. Soft, round, and smooth on the palate, with a bright acidity and a refreshing lemony finish.

Winemaker's Notes: Cold soaked on skins for 24 hours after harvest to extract some colour and tannin. Pressed, then left to clarify in a cold room prior to racking to eliminate heavy sediment. Fermented in cold conditions to develop aromatics. Allowed to go through malolactic fermentation in stainless, cold clarified and racked after 4 months. Bottled, unfined and unfiltered.
