Introduce yourself to the unique taste of our deep Merlot wine, crafted from 100% Merlot grapes grown in the warm microclimate of the Niagara Peninsula. Aged in neutral French Oak barrels for 8 months before bottling. With a low residual sugar of 3.0 g/L, perfect for those who love dry red wines.

Beautiful deep colour with fresh plum, sweet cherry, and dark chocolate on the nose. On the palate, Cranberry sauce Christmas dinner spices and soft rich tannins.

Merlot can be tricky to grow in Ontario. Fortunately, our primary Niagara grower has a great site with a warm microclimate. The fruit consistently ripens with beautiful fruit flavour and tobacco nuance. Aged in neutral French Oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.
