What food pairs well with Cabernet Franc?
Grilled or braised meats (beef, pork, lamb), rich hearty stews with game meats or wild mushrooms, strong cheeses (blue, aged cheddar, gouda), dark chocolate desserts. Cab Franc handles bold flavours well.

Yes, vegan. 13.1% ABV — fuller-bodied. 100% Cabernet Franc, 2022 vintage. Macerated 30 days, aged 18 months in French oak. 3 g/L residual sugar. Non-VQA.
