Rose de Saignee is a style of rose that is made by bleeding off a small amount of juice from red grapes during fermentation, resulting in a wine with a delicate pink color and a fruity flavor.

Rose Pet-Nat is a style of sparkling wine that is made using the petillant naturel method, resulting in a wine with a light, effervescent quality and a fruity flavor. It is often made using a blend of red and white grapes.

Clarete is a style of wine that is made using a blend of red and white grapes, resulting in a wine with a pale pink color. It is often produced using minimal amounts of sulfites.
