"This Riesling is a real treat, with a flavour profile that's bursting with zesty notes of lemon custard, lime zest, icing sugar, and almond. The wine is round and smooth on the palate, with a bright acidity that's perfectly balanced. The finish is refreshing and lemony, a true delight on the tongue. This is a dry wine that's excellent for sipping or pairing with food. I'd recommend it with fresh seafood, spicy Asian cuisine, grilled chicken or pork, or grilled vegetables. It also pairs well with soft cheese, lightly spiced dishes, and salad with citrus dressing. Best served chilled, at around 8-10°C."
