The County Negroni is a take on the classic ‘Negroni Sbagliato’ which substitutes the gin for sparkling wine or Prosecco. We thought we’d take it a step further and make this a true Prince Edward County cocktail swapping the gin in for Traynor’s Pét-Nat and the usual Italian red vermouth for Traynor’s Haberdasher Red Vermouth.
In the summertime we like to keep things simple. All you need is five ingredients and some sunshine.

The natural acidity of the Pét-Nat balances beautifully with the dark chocolate bitterness of the Haberdasher Red Vermouth. The mint and the orange slice help to accentuate the herbal and citrus components of the cocktail — plus they make you look like a pro. Together these ingredients leave us with a super refreshing, low ABV all-County twist on the Negroni.
