Summer Berry Sangria

This pink rosé sangria made is the perfect refreshing cocktail for any summertime party. Made with our Rosé wine, berries, lemons and mint, it has the prettiest pale pink colour!

Sangria is a traditional Spanish wine punch that is typically made with red wine and fruit, but these days there are hundreds of delicious variations. This pink rosé sangria is light, a bit sweet and perfect for entertaining — you could serve it at a variety of occasions, such asa summer cookout or a pool party as it is super easy to make.

 

 

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • 1 bottle Traynor's Rosé
  • 2 sliced lemons
  • 6 sliced strawberries
  • 12 raspberries
  • Mint leaves to taste
  • 2 cans of your favourite Soda Water

Directions:

Step 1: In a large pitcher add the wine and all the sliced fruits. Let the wine and fruit sit for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Add tons of ice and stir.

Step 3: Top up soda water when ready to serve.

This sangria is best served within 24 hours, but keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge. You’ll notice the colour of the fruit will become pale the longer you keep it and the flavour will intensify and become sweeter.

PRO TIP: Add a little bit of vodka to spice thing up a bit!
