Sangria is a traditional Spanish wine punch that is typically made with red wine and fruit, but these days there are hundreds of delicious variations. This pink rosé sangria is light, a bit sweet and perfect for entertaining — you could serve it at a variety of occasions, such asa summer cookout or a pool party as it is super easy to make.
Ingredients (for 6 servings):
- 1 bottle Traynor's Rosé
- 2 sliced lemons
- 6 sliced strawberries
- 12 raspberries
- Mint leaves to taste
- 2 cans of your favourite Soda Water
Step 1: In a large pitcher add the wine and all the sliced fruits. Let the wine and fruit sit for about 20 minutes.
Step 2: Add tons of ice and stir.
Step 3: Top up soda water when ready to serve.
This sangria is best served within 24 hours, but keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge. You’ll notice the colour of the fruit will become pale the longer you keep it and the flavour will intensify and become sweeter.
