Orange You Glad I Didn't Say Banana unleashes a carnival of flavours with every glass! This orange blend combines Geisenheim, Hibernal, and Seyval Blanc to create a playful, fruit-forward wine that’s perfect for lively gatherings. Bright and bold, with a twist of unexpected flavours, it's a wine that brings smiles and a zest for life to any occasion.

 

Tasting Notes:

Vibrant citrus aromas blended with hints of exotic fruits, leading to a playful, refreshing finish that dares you to pour another glass.

 

Technical Notes:

  • Varietals: 35% Geisenhiem, 35% Hibernal, 30% Seyval Blanc
  • Alcohol: 10.7%
  • Residual Sugar: 3g/L

 

Winemaker's Notes:

Hibernal, Geisenheim 318 and Seyval Blanc skin fermented for ten days then pressed. Finished fermenting in cold temperatures to slow fermentation and increase aromatics. Clarified naturally and racked once prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
