Introduce yourself to the unique taste of our lightly sparkling Pet-Nat wine, crafted from 100% Vidal grapes, fermented and bottled at our winery in Prince Edward County. Vegan, natural, and made using traditional methods.
Tasting Notes:
Light straw gold colour with aromatic notes of Bosc pear, crab apple and candy floss on the nose. On the palate, light and effervescent with a subtle sweetness balanced by zesty acidity. The finish is long and subtle, with a hint of nectarine.

Winemaker's Note:
We loved the aromatic profile of this wine so much during fermentation that we decided to accelerate the process and bottle it as a Pet-Nat. Bottled at the very end of fermentation, low in alcohol, light, and just enough punch to keep it exciting.
