Introduce yourself to the fresh and vibrant flavours of our vegan Pinot Gris, fermented and aged at our winery in Prince Edward County. This pinot gris is made in a style that is excellent for sipping alone or pairing with food.
Tasting Notes:
Bursting with zesty notes of baked pear and lemongrass. The wine is soft, round, and smooth on the palate, with a bright acidity. The finish is refreshing and lemony.

Winemaker's Notes:
Cold soaked on skins for 24 hours after harvest to extract some colour and tannin. Pressed, then left to clarify in a cold room prior to racking to eliminate heavy sediment. Fermented in cold conditions to slow down fermentation to develop aromatics. Allowed to go through malolactic fermentation in stainless, cold clarified and racked after 4 months. Bottled, unfined and unfiltered.
