Tasting Notes:

This Chardonnay has a deep straw colour with aromatic notes of apricot, vanilla, and nectarine that jump out on the nose. On the palate, it's rich and linear. The finish is long and subtle, with a hint of nectarine that lingers on the tongue. It is a refreshing and easy-drinking wine that is perfect for sipping on a warm summer day or pairing with light and fresh seafood dishes.

Winemaker's Note:

     Bottled young and directly off the lees, there is a slight prickle on the pallet. This wine was aged in stainless for five months and clarified naturally. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
