 Food Pairing Suggestions:

Haberdasher Vermouth is a unique and flavourful wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes. Its complex blend of herbs and flowers, along with its slightly sweet and high alcohol content, make it a great match for different types of food.

Cheese plates: The wine's sweetness and high alcohol content make it a great pairing for a variety of cheeses. It pairs well with strong and pungent cheeses like blue cheese, gorgonzola, or Roquefort, as well as nutty and hard cheeses like aged cheddar, parmesan, and pecorino. The sweetness of the wine can also complement the creaminess of soft-ripened cheese like brie or camembert.

Light meals: The wine's complex herbaceous and floral notes make it a great match for light meals such as salads, grilled vegetables, and seafood. Try it with a salad of mixed greens, fresh berries, and a light vinaigrette dressing, or grilled seafood like shrimp or scallops with a light herb butter.

Fruity desserts: The wine's sweetness and high alcohol content make it a great match for fruity desserts such as sorbets, fruit tarts, or fruit-based puddings. Try it with a scoop of raspberry sorbet, or a slice of cherry clafoutis for a refreshing and satisfying pairing.

In addition, Haberdasher Vermouth also pairs well with spicy food, charcuterie plates, and appetizers. Its sweetness and high alcohol content can also help to cut through the rich and fatty flavors of dishes such as duck, pork or even foie gras.

It is important to keep in mind that different dishes will bring out different flavors and aromas in the wine, so it's always a good idea to experiment and find the perfect pairing for your taste. And also, don't forget that it is a great cocktail ingredient and can be used to make a variety of refreshing and delicious cocktails.
