Our New rosé Pet-Nat or Petillant natural, crafted from 100% Gamay Noir grapes, fermented and bottled at our winery in Prince Edward County.

 Winemaker's Note:

We followed the same process as 2021, where we lightly pressed the fruit and added the skins back to the Gamay Noir red wine fermentation. The light pressing helped extract a lively pink colour and a slight hint of tannin.
