This rose has a nose of candied strawberry, watermelon and rhubarb. A soft palette, with a slightly tart finish and a lingering fruity finish. The perfect summer sipper.
100% Gamay Noir

Hand-harvested overnight and transported to the winery the following morning. The fruit macerated for thirty-six hours before being whole cluster pressed. Settled quickly and then racked off the heavy lees to ensure a fruitier, brighter style of rose. The wine then fermented and aged in stainless steel until it clarified naturally.
We have made rose wines occasionally in the past, but they have typically been from Cabernet Franc fruit. We have enjoyed our Rose Pet-Nat so much (made from Gamay Noir) that we wanted to try a table wine version. So here we are.
