Product Description: Our Rosé Pet-Nat — 100% Gamay Noir, lightly pressed with skins added back to the red wine fermentation, then bottled before fermentation finishes so the wine carbonates naturally. Vibrant pink, refreshingly low alcohol.
Tasting Notes: Bubblegum on the nose, lively and fruity on the palate with notes of strawberry and watermelon. A dry finish makes it perfect for the patio.
Winemaker's Notes: We followed the same process as 2021, where we lightly pressed the fruit and added the skins back to the Gamay Noir red wine fermentation. The light pressing helped extract a lively pink colour and a slight hint of tannin.

How should I serve Bang Bang?
Cold, as cold as your fridge will make it. Open carefully — pet-nats can be lively. Use a tulip-shaped glass or flute to preserve the bubbles.
What food pairs well with Bang Bang?
Spicy tacos, jerk chicken, creamy goat cheese. The dry, fruity profile holds up to bold spice and creamy textures.
Is Bang Bang vegan?
Yes, vegan. 9.5% ABV — refreshingly low. 100% Gamay Noir, VQA Ontario, 2024 vintage. 3 g/L residual sugar (dry).
How long will Bang Bang keep after opening?
Best to drink in one sitting. Crown cap — no re-capping. A sparkling-wine stopper helps; otherwise the bubbles fade fast.
