Harvested in mid-September, this Sauvignon Blanc retained the youthful exuberance of the harvest. We chose to focus the winemaking on its bright fruit and crisp acidity. This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel for six months and racked four times to achieve clarity. Bottled unfiltered.
