One of the few benefits of Covid-19 is that we have been able to expand our production capacity. So good news for those who keep asking us to bring back our Pinot Gris. We have been out of room for a while, and unfortunately, some things had to get squeezed out. We had to tear out our store to make it happen, but Pinot Gris is back!
With a quick kiss of skin contact, there is only a subtle pink hue to this wine. Post-fermentation, the wine was aged in neutral French oak for three months to add an extra layer of depth and texture to the pallet. This wine is soft, round, and has the aromas of baked pear and a touch of lemongrass.
