The locally sourced apple varieties—Macintosh, Spy, Gala, Golden Delicious, Zestar, Ida Red, Honeycrisp, Ambrosia, and Delicious—were macerated on Gamay Noir skins, giving the wine its beautiful rosé hue and a touch of grape structure. This year’s blend balances vibrant fruit with a light, sparkling finish, perfect for sipping in any season.

Inspired by the ancient French Piquette tradition, this sparkling wine uses apple cider fermented with Gamay Noir grape skins. The result is a sustainable, low-alcohol wine with a fresh and modern twist.
