This Gamay and its unique label was made in collaboration with this wonderful PEC venue that is 100 Acre wood.
It is chef driven, they support local and their environment so it was a perfect fit for us.

With a bright bouquet of white peach, lemongrass, and stonefruit, this wine is perfect for those who appreciate a crisp and refreshing palette. Aged for six months in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered.
