Hot rocket 22'

Introduce yourself to the unique taste of our Hot Rocket 22' wine, a fun, deep purple sparkler made from 100% Baco Noir which were lightly pressed after 10 days of maceration. It was then left to wild ferment in stainless steel tanks until ready to be bottled and naturally carbonated at the end of the fermentation for approximately 2 months

Tasting Notes:

This wine has a dense purple colour, with a light and effervescent body with notes of tart cherries and fresh blackcurrant

Winemaker's Note:

We had been discussing for a while that we wanted to make an affordable Lambrusco-style wine, Every year, the Hot rocket is the evolution of this project.
