88/100 “A pleasant orange wine from Prince Edward County with aromas of Earl Grey tea and dried leaves. Medium-bodied with mouth watering acidity. Pair with roast chicken.”

This orange bends expectation with a drastically different nose and palate. Smells of dry cherries and strawberries with a touch of fresh picked green leaves are on the nose while tangy blood orange and limey acidity with a touch of soft tannins create the palate.
A whole cluster fermented Frontenac Gris. An orange wine grown in our vineyard in Prince Edward County. A natural wine style that is becoming exceedingly popular. Left on the skins for three weeks and then pressed. Left on the heavy lees for twelve months and developed some interesting funk.
